Eunike Endariahna Surbakti, S.Kom., M.T.I. is a lecturer in the Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Engineering & Informatics, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Brawijaya and her Master’s degree in Information Technology from Universitas Indonesia. With expertise in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and IT Management, she is actively involved in teaching and research in information technology and the development of technology-based solutions. Her publications cover a range of topics, including software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information systems, UI/UX, decision support systems, and the application of technology to support various organizational and societal needs.
