Zero-Tolerance Approach Toward Bribery, Corruption, and Unethical Conduct.
Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) adopts a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, and unethical conduct. These principles are formally regulated under the Company Regulation of Yayasan Multimedia Nusantara (Peraturan Perusahaan Yayasan Multimedia Nusantara), which serves as the main institutional governance framework applicable to all employees and institutional units.
The regulation explicitly prohibits employees from misusing foundation or university assets, including physical, financial, and digital resources, without proper authorization. Employees are forbidden from removing institutional assets from campus premises without written approval and from accessing or using digital assets improperly. The policy also prohibits plagiarism and any attempt to claim academic or intellectual work without proper acknowledgment.
Additionally, employees are strictly prohibited from receiving gifts, benefits, or any form of gratification outside institutional interests. These provisions reinforce integrity, transparency, and accountability in institutional operations and decision-making processes.
